American Dreamers Renovations is a full-service home construction and renovation company founded in 2010 by leading female contractor Morgan Kumpfmiller.

Our American Dream is helping you realize the full potential of your home.

From kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations to new construction and home additions, our in-house team of experienced craftsmen deliver quality products and service with several core values: responsiveness, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Our Mission

It is the mission of American Dreamers Renovations to deliver superior remodeling and renovation project results to our clients, also known as “our Dreamers.” We focus on creativity, imagination, and our Dreamers’ visions paired with responsiveness, dependability, and cleanliness.

About Us

American Dreamers Renovations offers in-person estimate appointments. For in-person estimates, we charge a $49 Service Fee which is later applied as a credit to your project. Estimates are emailed two weeks from the date of your appointment.All fees are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule an estimate appointment, the fee is transferrable to another appointment so long as you call to reschedule no less than 24 hours in advance.
